Kim Kardashian has reportedly filed for divorce from husband Kanye West, following months of speculation the couple's marriage is over.
According to TMZ, the 40-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star filed documents today (Friday 19th February) through her lawyer Laura Wasser; though the official date of the pair's rumoured separation was apparently not listed.
TMZ claims Kim is asking for joint legal and physical custody of the couple's four children; North West, Saint West, Chicago West and Psalm West.
An insider told TMZ the divorce is amicable; claiming Kanye 'is fine with the joint custody arrangement.'
The site also claims the couple had signed a prenuptial agreement, though 'neither party is contesting it.'

This all comes after a source recently told People Kim has had 'no contact' with Kanye amid reports of an impending divorce.
They told the publication, "Kim is great. She has a Valentine's Day celebration planned with her kids and family. She likes to make it special for the kids. She doesn't have any contact with Kanye.
"It's obvious that she is just focused on the future."
Kanye, however, is said to be 'less than thrilled' the pair's divorce could air in the final season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
A source said, "He is less than thrilled. She will continue to focus on her business empire. Kim has been in individual counselling and is at peace with where her life is headed."
