Model and social media star Lottie Moss confirmed to fans last week that she was in a rehabilitation centre being treated for substance abuse.
But while many facilities would usually restrict phone access, it seems Lottie has, if anything, increased her social media output – even posting content to adults- only website OnlyFans.
It’s believed that the 24 year old may be staying in a facility called The Meadows in Arizona, US – a clinic that has also treated stars such as Selena Gomez, Tiger Woods, and Lottie’s half-sister, supermodel Kate Moss.
Lottie – who was first “discovered” aged 13 at her sister’s wedding – posted multiple videos on TikTok last week discussing her rehab stay.
One video included the onscreen caption, “Going sober and realising how much money I spent on alcohol and drugs,” while miming along to an audio clip that said, “For God’s sake, all that f**king money down the drain…”
In another post, she wrote, “When everyone’s glamourising drug taking, but you’re literally in rehab”, and joked that she had taken Euphoria [a US drama about a group of teens who take drugs] “too literally”.

Lottie has also remained active on the over-18s subscription website OnlyFans, posting nude content just hours before admitting she was in rehab. She has also continued to post topless pictures.
One TikTok user commented on one of her posts, “In rehab but more focused on making videos? Not putting in the work needed…” to which Lottie responded, “Everyone’s recovery is different – have a sense of humour.”
Another wrote on a video post, “Drama queen, glad she’s not my daughter.” Lottie replied, “Legit like sorry, I’m a drug addict.”
