What’s life like months after the doors close on the Love Island villa? We caught up with Anna Vakili, 29, as she teamed up with Joanna Chimonides, Amy Hart, Yewande Biala and Francesca Allen for their new In The Style clothing range. Talk about girl power!
What did it mean to be able to team up with the other Love Island girls?
It makes it even better. I’m all about girl power, I’m a girl’s girl. It was so nice to work with them. I might not have come out of Love Island with a man, but I came out with my girls.
This is just one of your many collabs, is there anything else you’d like to do?
Yeah, I’d love to do something with my pharmaceutical side [Anna is a qualified pharmacist]. Whether that’s healthcare or skincare – something like that.
This is the “Power Edit” – what makes you feel powerful?
Being a woman! I love it. Especially alongside other strong women. It makes me feel so powerful.
