This time last year Megan Barton-Hanson had just left the Love Island villa with her boyfriend, Wes Nelson. It wasn’t to be, though, and they split six months after leaving the show that made them famous.
Now, Megan, 25, is said to be in the early days of dating her Celebs Go Dating co-star Demi Sims, sister of TOWIE favourite Chloe. While she’s previously spoken out about sleeping with other women, Megan has yet to have a full relationship with one.
But that could soon change, as Megan has told Closer magazine, "I think Demi and I are really similar. We bonded because she was the first girl I could really talk to about liking girls, and she’s in the public eye too, so she gets it. We’re good friends, but we’ll see how it goes romantically.
"I’d been looking at dating like a chore, when it should be fun and exciting. So now I’m enjoying it."
She has also bonded with CGD co-stars Lauren Goodger and Lee Ryan, gushing, "Lauren’s so lovely. When I was younger, I loved TOWIE, and she was the main character, so to be friends with her now is amazing. I was intimidated because this time last year I was a no one, and now I’m friends with Lauren!
“I fan-girled over Lee, too – I was like, ‘Oh my God, it’s Lee from Blue!’”

Nathan Henry
Poor Nathan split from his long term boyfriend at the start of the year and said he spent the most recent season filming Geordie Shore 'heartbroken'. Let's hope the Agents can put him back together again.
Jack Fincham
Jack won over the nation went he came first place in 2018's Love Island, but it wasn't enough to keep girlfriend Dani interested, and she went back to her ex after just eight months.
Lauren Goodger
unlucky-in-love Lauren is turning to the agents after her most recent high-profile relationship – with convicted criminal Joey Morrison – ended last year. We hope the agents can find her someone a little better suited.
Lee Ryan
Lee shot to fame with his boyband Blue in the early noughties, but has yet to find someone to settle down with. He's gone on to star in EastEnders, and enjoyed some infamy when he was at the centre of a vicious love triangle in the CBB house in 2014.
Lady Colin Campbell
The oldest ever contestant will join the agency in the form of Lady Colin Campbell, who is no stranger to dating on TV after appearing on a one off charity special of First Dates. We're guessing that one didn't work out then?
Chloe and Demi Sims
Joining as the show's late arrivals for the seventh series, Chloe is BACK to find love and has brought her sister along too find perfect girlfriend or boyfriend! Chloe is fresh out of a romance with fellow TOWIE co-star Dan Edgar while Demi is ready to find someone to love.
Jemaine Pennant and Alice Goodwin
Jermaine Pennant and Alice Goodwin are returning our screens as the first couple to ever recieve couples counselling on the hit E4 show. They have replaced Katie Price and Kris Boyson after they had to leave the show. Jermaine is best know for being a professional footballer and entering the CBB house, where he flirted with model Chloe Ayling. However, he caused a STORM when he failed to mention he was married.
Charlotte Crosby and Joshua Ritchie
Charlotte Crosby and Joshua Ritchie are the latest couple to sign up to the dating show for couples counselling. They have said they would like to find out from dating coaches, Anna and Paul, how to deal with arguments and come a conclusion. They will definitely be great tv!
Megan’s revelations about same-sex relationships follow unsuccessful romances with men, which she blames on her past career as an exotic dancer.
“With men, I’ve had relationships where they’ve used my past against me – being a stripper or whatever – and some have been driven by money,” she says.
“For me, life is about having someone to share things with, to travel with. When I first began stripping, I had more money than I knew what to do with, so materialism means nothing to me."
