Fans of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! have already been talking about how FIT Roman Kemp, 26, is, and not only that, they're saying he's one of the nicest people ever to be cast on the show, so much so, he's the bookies favourite to win.
And we've just spotted on his Instagram that he's had a body transformation ahead of his stint on the ITV reality TV show, and wow, we are loving what we're seeing.
Taking to Instagram to show off his new sculpted torso and bulging biceps, the TV presenter wrote, "Not one for posting a photo like this but I wanted to say a huge thank you to @bradleysimmonds for convincing me to do his #12weektransformation 🏋🏼♂️.
"Best training I’ve ever had and provided me with the results I wanted. Thank you mate x"
And Roman's new legion of fans are loving the photo, with one user writing, Wow what a hunk 🔥", while another commented, "WOW AMAZING."

Bradley, who has also trained Love Island's Caroline Flack and Molly Mae Hague, also posted the same photo to talk about Roman's new look, saying he was the perfect student.
The personal trainer wrote, "12 weeks of pure dedication has got Roman looking and feeling unreal 👏🏼."

"Being a vegan it was a test for me to get his nutrition spot on ensuring he was consuming enough protein to ensure he was developing muscle whilst shredding the body fat% to build a strong lean physique. But we managed and we had Roman eating good plates of food 👌🏼."
He went on to add, "It’s just a shame he’s an @arsenal fan as we could have been best mates 🤷🏽♂️😄."
Roman's new look will certainly help him in the jungle with the physical activities, if not for gaining an extra few votes to win...
