We've seen Sam Thompson and Zara McDermott go through the ups and downs of their relationship and now Zara's taking it all back.

In an exclusive interview with heat, the Love In The Flesh presenter tells all about the way she slid into Sam's DMs via Insta because it would be easy for her to delete it if it went wrong.

When they first got together, Zara took the plunge and chatted up Sam by a simple laugh-react to one of his Instagram stories.

She revealed that using an Instagram react as a chat-up line is her favourite way to make a move on a man because you can just take it back easily and pretend you didn't mean it.

She said, "It's like you're not saying anything but you're also saying something. You can always unsend it and be like oh, sorry - that was an accident".

Luckily she didn't unsend the DM to Sam, eh?

She also told heat that the celeb she fancies the most is, of course, her boo Sam Thompson (shocker), but went on to explain that sometimes he does really annoy her.

After being asked if she's definitely sure about fancying him the most, she admitted jokingly, "sometimes I think, maybe not. When he annoys me - he doesn't load the dishwasher and things."

The couple are most certainly loved up, after having invested in a huge house together, fitted with a dreamy marble bathroom last year.

In the interview, heat asked the ex-Love Island contestant questions about her 'Then' and 'Now', where she told all about her past dating history as well as her fave things to do now, such as her choice of date places, outfits, perfume and makeup.
