We can’t think of Big Brother without thinking of ICONIC housemate Chantelle Houghton, who won Celebrity Big Brother in 2006 despite very much not being a celebrity.
Chantelle rose to fame after producers placed in the house alongside famous faces like Pete Burns, Jodie Marsh and Michael Barrymore, but it wasn’t just viewers who fell in love with her as she struck up a whirlwind romance with fellow housemate – and Ordinary Boys frontman – Samuel Preston.
The pair got married in August, just months after they first met, but things came crashing down just as quickly and they announced they were divorcing ten months after tying the knot.

But Preston isn’t the only CBB star that Chantelle has romantic history with as she also previously dated 2010 winner Alex Reid, the father of her 12-year-old daughter Dolly, before they split in 2012.
Having been single for a number of years, Chantelle recently opened up about her love life in a new interview and appeared to throw some shade at her exes.
‘I have no love life! I've been single for many, many years now because of the circumstances that I was in. I wasn't forced, but I was in circumstances looking after my little girl where I spent a lot of my time alone,’ she told new! magazine.

Chantelle added, ‘I've always said that I'd rather be sitting on the sofa by myself than be sitting on the sofa with someone feeling lonely.’
Although she’s been out of the dating game for a while, Chantelle admitted that she’s open to exploring a new connection.

She said, ‘I'm open to meeting somebody. I'm not closed off from it, but I certainly haven't met anyone that I'd want to progress things with.
‘I don't date, I'm not on any dating apps. If it's going to happen, it will happen naturally.’
As well as her public relationships with Preston and Alex, Chantelle got engaged to Michael Strutt in 2020 after three months of dating but their relationship wasn’t meant to be and they split the following year.
