As much as we're enjoying the carnage that is Casa Amor (we genuinely can't remember the last time we saw so much head-spinning on Love Island), we are still truly mourning the tragic loss of living legends Harriett Blackmore and Ronnie Vint from the show.

Love them or hate them (actually, hate isn't welcome here 👋), you can't deny they brought the drama from day dot, and let's be honest, no one's really tuning into this show to watch love blossom, are they? Are they? Are we the problem?

It's been a tough week without them on our screens, but luckily for us, our employers Addison Lee over recently-dumped Islanders once a week for us to interview in the name of work. Don't be jel, be reem.

Anyway, this week it was Harriett and Ronnie's turn to sit in the heatworld hot seat.

In addition to discussing hot topics like Jess White (triangle one), Tiffany Leighton (triangle two) and that epic row with Ciaran Davies, we obv had to ask the couple where they stood – romantically – in the here and now. It's safe to say their journey as a couple was an, erm, turbulent AF one thanks to the endless love triangles Ronnie put them through, but in the end, the pair left the villa at the same time hand-in-hand. But is romance really on the cards now they're off camera?

Despite some mild scepticism on our end, Ronnie assured us that not only were him and Harriett going to continue seeing each other IRL, but he revealed he was taking her out on the town in London tonight – their first official date outside of the show. Aww.

Ronnie exclusively revealed, "Yeah, we're doing really well since we came out the villa. We're continuing seeing each other, [to Harriett] we're going on a date, aren't we? I'm going to take her out tonight for bit of food and a couple of drinks, and yeah, see how things go. I'm enjoying spending time with her."

And because we're oh so cheeky, we asked Ronnie whether he could see Harriett being his girlfriend in the future.

Both parties shut us down (rightfully so - naughty us), saying it was early days, but he then joked, "She has asked me to be her boyfriend, though."

We have to say, Love Island lovers, we've seen the chemistry first hand now and we can confirm, we're seeing a straight line here #NoMoreTriangles.

For now, anyway. Just try not to push that big red button that says TURBO anytime soon, Ron, yeah? 🔴 ❌
