One thing Love Island viewers could not stop talking about this summer was the ever-apparent divide between the girls in the villa.

Winner Toni Laites and her besties Shakira Khan and Yasmin Pettet often found themselves at odds with Meg Moore and Helena Ford, which had a massive knock-on effect on the rest of the Islanders.

A lot of the Love Island 2025 cast have spoken out on the divide and the latest person to address it is Helena.

Speaking exclusively to us on the red carpet at the NTAs last night (Wednesday 10 September), Helena revealed the real reason there was a rift between the girls and insisted there’s no hard feelings.

When asked if all the drama had been left in the villa, the OG 2025 Islander said, ‘I would say it’s all been left in the villa. We’re all still friends, I still speak to everyone.

‘The divide was all to do with the boys. Whenever we were arguing, it was all to do with the men. It was never between us girls, so ever since we’ve been out everything’s been fine.’

Helena also opened up about whether she’s still in touch with Harry Cooksley after they vowed to remain friends despite him admitting he still had feelings for Shakira just two days after going exclusive with Helena.

Revealing they still haven’t spoken since leaving the villa, Helena explained, ‘No, we haven't spoken.

'I haven't spoken to him at all actually. I haven't even see him but I'll probably see him tonight and be there hiding.'

Helena left the villa single after being dumped while in a friendship couple with Blu Chegini and since then she’s been linked to fellow Islanders Ronnie Vint and Casey O’Gorman.

But the former cabin crew member admitted she has no idea where the rumours come from. ‘This Ronnie thing, where has it come from? I keep seeing it all over my TikTok,’ she laughed.

Honestly? We’re here for it – get them on All Stars.
