Confession time: on one or two occasions (ahem) we (heatworld - hi) have claimed some celebs "look unrecognisable" following some sort of "transformation" that isn't really any sort of transformation whatsoever. A Love Island or Made in Chelsea star might get their eyebrows tinted or hair colour subtly changed and we'll start chucking those famous words into the ring in our editorial meetings like they've undergone a full Stepford Wives makeover – because we are those drama queens and we own it. BUT, when we tell you that Love Island 2018 winner Jack Fincham (alongside ex Dani Dyer) looks UNRECOGNISABLE in 2023 compared to his TV debut five years ago, trust us when we say that we are not layering on the #dramz this time. The pictures speak for themselves – Jack looks wildly different.

He recently posted a topless photo of himself on his Instagram grid and quickly broke the internet due to his clear body transformation – the fans were gagged. The reality star showed off a leaner look to his 1.7m Instagram followers earlier this week and we are honestly speechless (mainly because he's just wearing his pants).

He captioned the snap, "Be back in the mix all in good time 🥊" suggesting he is making a return to amateur boxing, and since he posted the pic the complimentary comments have been racking up.

One fan wrote, "You’ve lost loads of weight well done x."

Another commented, "Holy sh*t bro has leaned up !! 😍."

A third wrote, "Oi Oi Sexy 💪🏻💪🏻."

The reality TV star turned his attention to amateur boxing in 2022 (but has since gained his pro licence – also why is every hottie with a social media following now boxing each other?) and since then has been taking training and fitness very seriously. We don't know much about boxing, but we have eyes and the regular training has clearly transformed Jack's body for his new lease in life.

Jack stole the hearts of the nation when he appeared on the fourth series of Love Island in 2018 and has kept himself in the spotlight ever since.

Although he split from his villa girlfriend Dani Dyer in 2019, Jack searched for love on TV once again when he took part in Celebs Go Dating alongside fellow Islander Megan Barton-Hanson and a whole host of other single celebs.

As well as his reality TV career, Jack has also dabbled in other ventures including acting, and of course, boxing.

Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer

It seemed to be love at first sight for Jack and Dani when they coupled up on day one of Love Island 2018 and didn't look back. The pair went on to become an official couple in the villa and they won the show ahead of runners-up Laura Anderson and Paul Knops in July 2018.

After returning to the UK, the loved-up pair moved in together and landed their own TV show, before an engagement prank that left fans thinking they were about to tie the knot.

In December 2018, things started to get a little rocky for the pair, with Dani announcing they'd split on social media. However, just days later, Dani confirmed they were actually still together and they'd just endured an argument which she took too far.

However, the pair announced they'd split for good back in April 2019, with Jack writing, "There is no easy way to say this and it isn't going to be an easy time but me and Dani are not in a relationship anymore.

"We will always care a lot for each other and I mean that from the bottom of my heart and I wish her nothing but happiness.

"We have some amazing memories together and have been through a lot but sometimes things just aren't meant to be and we really did try and make it work but unfortunately didn't and that is life.

"That's all I have to say, a break up is hard enough as it is for both of us let alone in the public eye so I hope everyone is considerate and understands this."

Jack Fincham and Chloe Ferry

In August 2019, rumours were rife that Jack hooked up with his Celebs Go Dating co-star Chloe Ferry on the same night he was caught getting close to former TOWIE star Lauren Goodger.

A source told OK!, “I saw Jack and Lauren kissing throughout the night. At the finale party, Jack was seen flirting with both Lauren and Chloe Ferry, but was seen snogging the face off Lauren Goodger."

The source continued, “Lauren and Jack left separately to avoid being papped together, but met back up at Jack’s hotel room where several other celebrities attended for an afterparty. However, Lauren declined Jack’s invitation to stay the night and left, leaving Jack alone with Chloe."

Despite this, Jack and Chloe haven't spoke about the rumours.

Jack Fincham and Frankie Sims

Jack's last girlfriend in the public eye was TOWIE star Frankie Sims. They went Instagram official in May 2021, although they split just a few months later after a series of rows. At the time, a source close to the pair said, "Jack and Frankie have split. They've had a couple of rows and have unfollowed each other on Instagram."

He later made a guest appearance on TOWIE and faced an awkward run in with Frankie, who branded him a "liar" as they discussed the breakdown of their relationship.

Jack Fincham's daughter

In January 2020, it came to light that Jack had become a dad with his ex Casey Ranger. At the time he posted a photo of his daughter Blossom and said on Instagram, "This is undoubtedly the best thing that has ever happened to me and it’s true what they say, the instant feeling of love and connection you have with your child is a feeling like no other...

"Although we are not together we are great friends as we have been for many years and our priority is co-parenting our beautiful baby girl. Both mum and baby are doing great."

Jack Fincham's transformation

Jack took to his socials back in 2019 to show off his impressive body transformation after taking part in Protein World's Slender Plan.

He wrote, "Summer come at me 😎 thanks @proteinworld for supporting me in getting in better shape. Couldn’t recommend the slender plan enough. I feel physically and mentally stronger and the journey has only just begun 🥊 🥊 so keep your eyes peeled 🥊🥊 and no I never had a spray tan I had just got back from Ibiza."
