While we eagerly wait for Love Island bosses to release ANY info about the series 12, we're still reminiscing about last year's show.
If we're being honest Love Island 2024 was basically the Joey Essex show. From the moment he strutted into the villa to reuniting with Grace Jackson, recoupling with Jessy Potts and then all that 'secret mission' drama with Mimii Tafara and Josh Oyinsan - you can't say he didn't keep us entertained.
And during an exclusive chat with heat we just HAD to ask who he still speaks to and to be honest, it's not a lot of people.

'I speak to Ronnie [Vint] and Ayo [Odukoya], mainly. I got on with them very well in the show.
'We bonded, mostly,' he exclusively told us.
Err, what happened with Sean Stone?
Joey and Sean were thick as thieves during their time in the villa. Although, come to think of it, their friendship pretty much came to an end when Sean and Matilda Draper discovered that Joey and Jessy voted them as one of the least compatible couples.

Savage.
Reflecting on his friendship with Joey - after the TOWIE star was dumped from the villa - Sean told Jessica Spencer, 'I just had a moment where the penny dropped for me. I had his back in so many situations and I had his back.
'I sort of got wrapped up it so much.'
When Jess - who is now dating a former TOWIE star - asked what Joey's explanation was for voting Sean and Matilda, the Candyman explained, 'Basically he thought he was being more vulnerable because he thought he'd have more votes against him and didn't think we would have many.'

Joey may not be besties with many people from Love Island but one thing he has let into his life is Amazon who are showing Brits how to 'Smartify' their homes and if you know anything about Joey Essex it's that he likes to invent things.
The word 'reem' springs to mind but remember when he used to wear his watch around his ankle on TOWIE?
Iconic.
So when we asked if there was any technology he'd invent to make his life more efficient, his answer did not disappoint.

'This sounds a bit mad, but I’d like to be able to hover,' he told us.
'I’d love to be a way that you never get your floor dirty, unless you have a party. I’m very clean so I’m always trying to maintain my floor.
'I don't have a cleaner. I never have done. I clean my own clothes, bed sheets, floor, tables, dishes, everything. The only thing I don't do is chop my trees so maybe I’d invent a robot tree cutter.'
Genius if you ask us.
Joey Essex has teamed up with Amazon to show Brits how to 'Smartify' their homes using Alexa-enabled technology and the new Blink Outdoor 4 Camera.
