Danny Williams' ex-girlfriend Beth Griffin has revealed that the Love Island star broke up with her before heading into the infamous villa.
“Danny and I were falling in love and we had already agreed to be exclusive when he told me he was going on Love Island", the 24-year-old told The Sun.
She added, “He called me out of the blue and said he was going on ‘that show’. He claimed it was all for his career and that I had to understand. He said he wanted to improve the lives of his family and that he didn’t want to hurt me.
“He told me, 'No one falls in love, it’s all fake. It’s purely a game and a career move that could be a really really good thing for both of us.’"
The revelation comes after Danny coupled up with Yewande Biala in the villa, before dumping her for model Arabella Chi.
Danny seemed smitten with Arabella and the pair couldn't keep their hands off each other, even snogging hours after Yewande left the villa - which caused Amber Gill and Anna Vakili to kick off.
But when Arabella left, she was old news when Danny quickly paired up with newbie Jourdan Riane.
Since leaving the villa, Arabella has been spilling all of the Love Island secrets, appearing on heat's Love Island: Under the Duvet with heat Radio's Jordan Lee.
