Following Tom's entrance into the villa, eagle-eyed fans stalked Tom's Instagram page, where they found a number of cosy photos with a girl called Chloe Rayner, who he is said to have dated for seven years!
On Valentine's Day, Tom wrote, 'Happy Valentineās Day to this little beauty. Weāve had a fair few together and apart now! Weāve had ups and downs over the years but definitely more ups. Some unreal adventures and loads of amazing memories. Thank you for being a part of my life.
'Youāre an incredible person, youāre stunning, sexy, kind and sweet! Everything about you is stupendous! Hopefully weāll be in the same country this time next year Love you.'
As well as posting a number of other snaps with Chloe, Tom shared a lovely post about her for her birthday in June 2018, writing, ' Happy Birthday š to this absolute dreamboat! Sorry I canāt be there to celebrate with you. Over the past 7 years Iāve seen her go from an 8 into a solid 10 š - jokes, youāve always been an 11 @chloeraynerxx š I canāt think of anyone Iād rather have spent the last 7 years with. Thanks so much for putting up with me and for sharing so many amazing memories. Youāre beautiful inside and out. I canāt wait to see you, squash this distance and actually be together! Love you š'. [sic]
Of course, the pair may have split up since his last post in December, but that didn't stop Love Island viewers commenting on the cosy photos.
One user wrote, 'Aren't you in love island? hmmmmm', with another adding, 'Why are you on here for fame?'. [sic] A third then wrote, 'OMG are you still together?' [sic]
Tom arrived into the villa alongside fellow model Jordan Hames on last night's show, where he immediately caught the eye of both Maura and Elma. Fans were then quick to call Maura a 'hypocrite' for calling out the Essex girl for also expressing her interest, despite Maura doing the exact same with Molly-Mae and Tommy.
