Love Island's Molly-Mae Hague certainly isn’t one to shy away from the realities of motherhood. But one thing she has never addressed are the claims she has a nanny, after she and partner Tommy Fury were spotted with a woman pushing their daughter’s buggy at Manchester Airport two years ago.

But last week, it was reported that the influencer – who is often praised for seemingly handling a busy career while raising two-year-old Bambi – does have a full-time helper, who works at her Cheshire mansion ‘all day, every day’. And, according to sources, whole chunks of footage for the second series of her Prime documentary Behind It All have been edited because they show Bambi being looked after by the ‘secret’ nanny.

‘There were a lot of raised eyebrows among the production staff – the show will not be a true reflection of Molly’s life and how she looks after Bambi,’ one insider revealed. ‘The nanny would do all of the heavy lifting and, as they were filming the show organically, there were all these shots of Bambi going to her for stuff. But no one will know that because it all had to be edited out.’

Just last month, Molly-Mae, 26, tearfully told fans she was trying ‘so hard to stay positive’ but was struggling with the ‘huge problems’ she faced as a first-time mum. Crying in her car, she told the camera, 'I'm trying so hard to stay positive, but I feel like I need to keep my camera running all day so you can see like every single thing. [Bambi] is a huge problem, [she] screams, I can't even get socks and shoes on.'

And in July, the TV personality complained about not having a life or being able to do ‘one social fun thing’ this summer because of her busy schedule, juggling work and being a mum. On her YouTube channel, only Molly-Mae’s older sister Zoe Rae is shown helping her with parenting duties, while a nanny is never mentioned.

According to the source, TV bosses made the decision to lose any scenes of Bambi with the nanny because ‘it was not a good look’ for Molly-Mae, who is often praised for her relatability.

While Molly-Mae – who recently rekindled her relationship with Tommy – hasn’t confirmed or denied the reports, many followers weren't surprised she needs help considering the hectic life the influencer leads. One wrote, ‘I think most people would expect her to have a nanny. She has the money and is always travelling and has to sit getting her make-up done.’
