If we haven't made this crystal clear already, here at heat, we f**king adore Love Island legend Olivia Attwood. Yes, okay, she's technically a colleague now she records her podcast, So Wrong It's Right, down the corridor from heat Towers and we both share the same bigwig bosses, but we really, really do adore her.

We've been doing this job for a long, long, LONG time – back when the definition of 'brat' meant 'some little s**t' and coming fifth on Big Brother was the epitome of fame – and we've met a lot of celebs in our time, and the Love Island 2017 queen really is the human embodiment of 'does exactly what it says on the tin'.

Trust us, the way you picture Olivia is exactly who she is in real life, which we'll be honest, is refreshing on the showbiz/influencer scene.

That's the reason we genuinely love her podcast, too – it's one hundred percent pure Attwood. Well, that, and the fact that the guests have been beyond top tier as of late; we're talking Mel B, Georgia Harrison, Ronnie Vint, and Katie Price (who stars in the most recent episode of So Wrong It's Right – and we're suddenly begging the bosses for a spin-off series with these two).

Being such a real gem means that she's not afraid to get vulnerable with her fans either, which is SO refreshing in a world where celebs are made out to be perfect. Olivia frequently opens up about her mental health struggles, industry pressures, and her marriage to footballer Bradley Dack.

Liv often talks about her new husband on the podcast – in fact, he's guested on the show this season – and stresses time and time again that their marriage is far from perfect.

In a recent exclusive sit down with heat, Olivia opened up about 'tough' times in the early days of her marriage to Bradley; back when they were long distance due to work commitments. We asked Liv how she managed the honeymoon period long distant, and whether she could share any tips or tricks for surviving those king of marital pressures so early on.

Olivia immediately opened up, revealing, "It's really tough. And I'm not going to pretend that we 100 per cent nailed it all the time, but I'd say making sure that you connect on your phone, in the sense that we used to text all day, I mean not continuously just as much as you can, and then always FaceTime before bed, because I think seeing each other is way more connected than a call.

"So always FaceTime before going to sleep. And then when you are together, I'm the one that would be terrible at this because I break my own rule, is be present. So not talking about work, not doing other things. Do something together that you both focus on, and try and leave the office, which I'm really bad at. I'm like seven days a week talking about work."

Now a year into the marriage, Olivia explained how the showbiz couple make time for each other.

She said, "Be present and try not to talk about work. And have fun. You have to actually be conscious to keep the fun. Because that's why you fall in love. Because you're having fun with each other, laughing. I think when life can get a bit serious, when you get married, get the house, got the dog, got bills to pay. It's remembering to have fun."

When asked what emoji best sums Olivia Attwood up, she responded with the most Liv answer ever, saying, "I think I always like the melting one. I love it. I use it when I’m knackered, so excited I've melted, hot. London in summer. Just melting."
