It looks like Love Island star Paige Thorne's left her ex-boyfriend Formz heartbroken - fyi, his real name is Josh Foreman - because he's only gone a dropped a song about a loved one moving on.
The Love Island 2022 star is an Islander we've been desperate to see on All Stars 2025 but we were devo when it came to light that Paige has a secret rugby player boyfriend.
Turns out we're not the only ones because her rapper ex Formz - who she split from in August 2024 - has dropped a teaser for his new song You Did It First and a fan reckons it's about Paige.
To be the fair the lyrics are, well, telling... Here's some of what he sings:
I hope he makes you feel loved, I hope he sees all your perfect... / Though my bed feels lonely I can't hold you tight, my career is thriving.
I'm living life with a you shaped hole in my heart tonight / Do you miss me? Like I miss the way you feel in my arms babe.
Please help me see what was the rush in moving on cause I can't take the heartbreak / I know you look for us in everything he does but he won't be me.
After posting a clip from his music video, someone commented on Paige's TikTok, 'Formz came for you baaaaadly.'
But then Paige herself replied and said, 'It's okay ❤️.'
We love a drama free honeybun x
We defo reckon Formz's song is about Paige though because in an Instagram Reel where he plays his new song for his friend, he bleeps out her name but if you lip read we're 100% sure he says Paige's name.
Speaking to his best friend in the video, he said, 'So you know obviously me and [Paige] broke up and it was like the worst experience of my entire life.
'It was quite literally the worst period I've ever had to endure and you were all really there for me...'
He continued, 'But I wanted to let you know that I'm good. I'm over it, I've come to terms with it, I've accepted it and I made a song to capture the emotion of being over it.
'This is called You Did It First because she moved on first...'
Formz's new song comes after it was reported that Paige is now dating Brendan Owen - who plays rugby for Japanese team Canon Eagles.
Despite the dating rumours we're hoping she'll head into the villa because after fans begged her to return to the villa with Jacques O'Neill, she didn't exact deny a Love Island return...
