No one can throw shade at you harder than your best friend. Are we right? Okay, maybe Bianca Del Rio, but still - your besties are armed with a dangerous combination of history and truth which if thrown in tandem can leave a serious mark. Isn't that right, Love Island legend Olivia Attwood and husband Bradley Dack?

But remember, shade should always be thrown with love and by those who actually know how to throw it – as a general rule, it should be left to reality telly queens and drag queens, so if you don't fall into those categories, just be safe out there.

If you're in need of some lessons, we're sure Love Island 2017's Olivia and her footballer fella wouldn't mind sharing some pointers, because the recent shade they catapulted at their bestie Ronnie Vint is top tier.

It's wild to think the All Stars OG is besties with the So Wrong It's Right host and her hubby – it's even wilder to think about the awkward AF double dates they're going to go on now we all know what Liv really thinks about Harriett Blackmore.

Anyway, to celebrate the launch of series three of her podcast, Liv invited Brad into the studio to record a JUICY episode and, of course, Ronnie's name got brought up and the shade was shading.

While talking about the All Star – who is looking set to reach the All Stars 2025 final with Harriett – Brad, who is best friends with Ronnie (Ronnie was best man at Liv and Brad's wedding), let rip by saying, 'It's going to sound horrible, but he's a little bit slow, isn't he? He would tell you that as well.'

To which Olivia added, 'He's not got much depth.'

Not the double shade.

What followed was an in-depth debate over whether calling your bestie 'slow' is worse than saying he lacks any sort of depth, and our jaws were on the floor. And, lest we forget, we are heatworld. We too are well versed in the art of shade – but f*cking hell, guys.

Bradley then added salt to the wound, by adding, 'He's just a bit slow in that he's not that clever.' Brutal.

We never thought we'd be here emotionally, but we think we're feeling sorry for 'Turbo' Ronnie Vint right now. What is this feeling so sudden and new? (We just bought Wicked, FYI).

But, of course, we know it's all love between the trio and Liv went on to partially extinguish the shade fire by confirming Ronnie is a 'really nice guy'.

Can anyone else still hear that Drag Race shade rattle, though?
