FFS, not another Love Island break-up...

At least this one isn't any of the remaining Love Island 2023 or All Stars couples, because at this rate there won't be any left by the time summer starts summering.

Actually, technically, this former couple is only 50% Islander; according to reports, 'party girl' turned disastrous Love Island 2021 star – we say that because let's all remember she lasted a matter of hours in the villa – Shannon Singh has reportedly called it quits with her DJ boyfriend Ben Sterling after four years of on and off dating.

The couple famously split just before Shannon appeared on the ITV reality series in 2021 (hmm) and then got back together after Shannon was shockingly dumped (HMM). Shannon and Ben even moved in together and shared a home for two years following Shannon's unfortunate Love Island stint.

Shannon already boasted a mighty 153k followers on Instagram when she entered the villa (she now has 393K, FYI). She described herself as a 'party girl', but we unfortunately didn't get to see much of her because she was given the boot after just 48 hours.

While neither Shannon or Ben have made any official announcement, a source close to the former Love Islander told The Sun, "Shannon and Ben called it quits earlier this year.

"Fans noticed after they removed all traces of each other from social media.

"He's been busy playing Coachella recently while Shannon enjoyed a trip away with the girls."

All telltale signs. Trust us, we're heat.

Since her unfortunate appearance on Love Island three years ago, Shannon has been fairly outspoken about how the reality show has had an impact on her life and wellbeing, famously saying, "Love Island almost broke me if I'm being completely honest."

She recently confessed on her Hushed podcast, "When I came out of the show it was such a negative time for me because I felt like I'd let my family down, I felt like I'd let myself down.

"I was so embarrassed, like, so embarrassed. I still am but I'm also proud of myself because I feel like when I came off the show I did handle it really well."

She continued, "I get a lot of comments from a lot of people that don't know me so I don't really take them that personally but it's like 'Oh, you know, Love Island made you'. It's like well it really didn't, it kind of almost broke me if I'm being completely honest."

Shannon was coupled up with Aaron Francis on Love Island 2021, but Chloe Burrows came in and stole him away leaving Shannon all alone and ultimately she was booted out the villa after a matter of hours.
