The 90s/00s R&B scene might have been dominated by the likes of Destiny’s Child and TLC, but there was another talented trio hot on their heels in the form of 3LW (it stands for 3 Little Women, FYI).
Even if you aren’t familiar with Naturi Naughton, Adrienne Bailon and Kiely Williams, you’re bound to know their music. Their biggest hit No More (Baby I’ma Do Right) has been streamed over 34 MILLION times on YouTube and remains on our playlist to this day. Basically, they made some absolute bops.
All good girl bands go through at least one line-up change and 3LW were no exception when Naturi left the group in 2002 amid a rumoured feud with bandmate Kiely. She was later replaced by Jessica Benson but the group failed to reach the same success of their heyday and quietly disbanded in 2007.
It’s been 14 years since the end of 3LW but what are they up to in 2021? Well, we’ve done some digging and it turns out they’ve all been VERY busy.

Naturi was basically the Beyoncé of 3LW and provided the lead vocals for the group. It was rumoured that she didn't get on with bandmate Kiely, with Naturi exiting the group in 2002 amid claims Kiely threw a KFC meal at her during a particularly bitter row.

Naturi transitioned into acting in 2009 when she played Lil' Kim in the aptly-titled Notorious B.I.G biopic Notorious. She's probably best known for playing the role of Tasha St. Patrick in Netflix crime drama Power.

Adrienne joined 3LW after Livin' La Vida Loca singer Ricky Martin discovered her in her church choir and cherry-picked her to be one of his back-up vocalists.

Adrienne was chosen to be one of The Cheetah Girls in the Disney film of the same name while she was still in 3LW. She's also released solo music, competed on The Masked Singer and regularly appears a panellist on The Real (basically the American version of Loose Women).Keeping Up With the Kardashian fans may recognise her as she dated Kim and co's brother Rob between 2007 and 2009. They broke up when he cheated on her, but she's been happily married to husband Israel Houghton since 2016.

Kiely was one of the founding members of 3LW - the group was actually put together and managed by her sister Michelle.

Kiely joined The Cheetah Girls alongside her 3LW bandmate Adrienne in 2007. They disbanded a year later and Kiely has since worked on her own projects in music and acting.She married her husband Brandon 'BJ' Cox in 2016 and welcomed their daughter Rowan in 2018.

Although she was considered too young when she first tried out for the band, Jessica became a fully-fledged member of 3LW following Naturi's departure from the group.Jess seems to have completely disappeared from the public eye since quitting the band, although she reportedly works as a real estate agent in Atlanta.

Naturi recently revealed she no longer speaks to her former bandmates Adrienne and Kiely as she opened up about her less than amicable exit from the group.
The singer and actress said she learned to “make sure you don't get into business with people that you don't know and trust” after leaving 3LW.
She added, “Trust is a huge part of it and I think in that group things just didn't go right.”
But although she’s not close with the other members of 3LW, Naturi did make peace with Adrienne when she appeared on her talk show The Real back in 2017.
“I genuinely from the bottom of my heart never meant any harm towards you. I think you're talented and beautiful,” Adrienne told her at the time.
