Little Mix and Spice Girls

We recently caught up with the lovely Little Mix ladies, and whilst Jade Thirlwall was sadly unable to make it due to a family bereavement, Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson and Leigh-Anne Pinnock gave an AMAZING live performance to the crowd.

Ahead of their set, which included their hits 'Shout Out To My Ex', 'Only You', 'Touch' and 'Woman Like Me', the girls joined us for a chat, and they just couldn't help but be hyped about the Spice Girls reunion.

As rumours have been swirling that Little Mix and the Spice Girls could be doing a JOINT performance during the upcoming X Factor final, we wanted to find out which of the Spice Girls each of the Little Mix girls related to the most.

Admitting they are 'obsessed' with the Spice Girls, Jesy revealed Geri Halliwell is her 'inspiration in life', before Perrie said she was always Baby Spice (Emma Bunton).

All three girls later agreed that Leigh-Anne is a mixture between Posh Spice (Victoria Beckham) and Scary Spice (Mel B).

Little Mix are one of the biggest girl groups in the world at the moment, so we wanted to find out what they think their key to success is.

When Sarah-Jane asked the question, all three girls simultaneously said "friendship". Leigh-Anne then added, "Also the fact we all want the same thing, and good songs! There's not one person who's trying to be the stand-out."

We're gutted Jade couldn't be there but family comes first and our thoughts are with her and her family. ❤️

We also chatted with Cheryl backstage about being a mum to her son Bear. She revealed, "It enriches you, it changes you as a person. I understand so much more now about motherhood and women. We are awesome, we are amazing what we can achieve with our bodies and how you click into motherhood when you have a child."
