Little Mixare one of the biggest and most beloved girl bands in the world.

Together, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall and Jesy Nelson have truly flourished throughout their career. After meeting on The X Factor in 2011, the girl band has had nothing but success, releasing great albums and hit after hit.

Little Mix have achieved five number 1 singles in the UK so far, with their bangers: Cannonball in 2011, Wings in 2012, Black Magic in 2015, Shout Out To My Ex in 2016 and their latest hit Sweet Melody in 2020.

The girls are prone to success as they slay everything they do - including their new album "Confetti" AND hosting the 2020 MTV EMA's. It's why we love them.

You probably noticed that during their appearance at the MTV EMA's, Jesy was missing following reports she was too unwell to host the show.

And on 14 December last year, Jesy broke the news to her followers that had quit Little Mix after it "took a toll" on her mental health.

At the time Leigh-Anne, Perrie and Jade released a statement, saying, "This is an incredibly sad time for all of us but we are fully supportive of Jesy. We love her very much and agree that it is so important that she does what is right for her mental health and well-being.

"We are still very much enjoying our Little Mix journey and the 3 of us are not ready for it to be over. We know that Jesy leaving the group is going to be really upsetting news for our fans. We love you guys so much and are so grateful for your loyalty and continued support of all of us," they wrote on Instagram.

Fans showed tremendous support to Jesy, and the rest of the girls through Instagram posts and Twitter comments, and the term '4EVER LITTLE MIX' became the number 1 trending topic on Twitter.

But the Mixers didn't stop there because Little Mix's song Always Be Together from their debut album DNA, went to the number 1 spot on the UK iTunes Charts in honour of Jesy parting ways with the girl band.

And despite Jesy's departure from the girl group, their single Sweet Melody reached number 1 in the charts.

Little Mix may be a trio now but by the sounds of it they're not stopping any time soon, so we thought we'd have a look at what Little Mix could do next...

Little Mix turn Hollywood actresses

Now this is something a lot more positive - and we are totally here for: Little Mix turn movie stars? YES PLEASE!It's not absurd to witness pop stars cross over to film and make their way into the world of acting, we've seen it done by the likes of Beyoncé, Lady Gaga and Harry Styles. And Little Mix's Leigh-Anne Pinnock is already one step ahead as she's just finished filming for her debut role in an upcoming movie 'Boxing Day'. Could Little Mix become Little Farmers?

Could we see Little Mix moving abroad and owning their own farm? Random we know but why not?__ We can already imagine the looks the girls would serve us in their plaid overalls and straw hats. When the girls ditch their pop-star duties, they're often goofing around at home and spending time with their loved ones, including their furry friends who are no strangers to the members' Instagram accounts. We know Perrie has her Pomeranian Hatchi, and her other pooch Travis. Jesy has her two Pomeranian dogs Reggie and Oscar. And Leigh-Anne has got a gorgeous pup named Kyro. Jade, however, hasn't got any furry friends. But, it's no secret that Little Mix are animal lovers, so how far-fetched really is this idea of the girls moving abroad and owning a farm? We truly can see it.

Going solo

Could we witness Little Mix going solo? All the great girlbands do it: Destiny's Child, Fifth Harmony, The Pussycat Dolls, Girls Aloud. It would be heartbreaking to watch Little Mix dismantle but these girls have some serious all-round talent; they sing and dance. _chef's kiss_We reckon their friendship would survive going solo too but that being said, we LOVE Little Mix and would hate to see them part ways. So we're keeping our eyes on this one...
