Archie's Herne Hill

Herne Hill, London

If you want to add a little Latin American spice to your summer, head down to recently opened restaurant Archie's in glorious Herne Hill, South London. I feasted on fried corn ribs (fit), and grilled sea bass (delicious), washed down with sparkling water because I'm a sober warrior, but the cocktail menu looks interesting if that's your vibe. There's also Mexican pop Jarritos on the drinks menu but I saved my sugar hit for pudding: a condensed milk cake that was worth making space for. The setting is vibrant but intimate and the staff delightful. Book a table at Archie's Herne Hill.
