We don’t mean to alarm you but somehow it’s been a whopping 18 (yes, EIGHTEEN) years since Tracy Beaker first hit our screens.
Sure, we’re all grown up now but we’re still as obsessed with the show as we were in the early Noughties – especially after Dani Harmer reprised her iconic role for new spin-off show My Mum Tracy Beaker.
But while Dani is still instantly recognisable as the Dumping Ground legend, we were SHOOK to discover one of the stars of the classic CBBC series has undergone quite the transformation.
Bouncer Plakova was best known as one half of a lovable double act with his younger brother Lol but, almost two decades on, the actor that played him, Ben Hanson, looks like a completely different person.
Although he’s done some presenting and pantomime work since his stint on the show, Ben, has been focused on his fitness journey in recent years and even qualified as a personal trainer.
Not to mention, he’s HELLA ripped.
