Reality TV veteran and bachelor extraordinaire Calum Best (seriously, name a show he’s not been on. It’s IMPOSSIBLE) has reportedly signed up for yet another telly programme in the hopes of finding love.
Although he’s tried his luck on Celebrity Love Island, Celebs Go Dating and Celebrity Ex on the Beach, Calum still hasn’t found The One but perhaps he’ll have better luck on upcoming EOTB spin-off Ex in the City.
The dreamy destinations of past Ex on the Beach series are currently out of bounds due to coronavirus restrictions - and somehow we don’t think it would quite the same if the exes washed up in Margate – so MTV bosses have relocated the show to London and reportedly signed up Calum as one of its stars.
“Calum was approached by producers and jumped at the chance to take part,” a TV insider told The Daily Star.
“They're thrilled he's signed up. Everyone at MTV reckons the new format will be a winner with viewers.
“Just as the dates are going well, they'll send in the ex and let the drama unfold."

Other famous faces thought to have signed up for the series include TOWIE star Liam ‘Gatsby’ Blackwell and his former flame Summer Monteys-Fullam, who has also previously dated Great British Bake Off judge Paul Hollywood.
Another source revealed, “Summer and Gatsby had a brief fling in December last year – but after he spent lockdown in the States, it will definitely be a shock for them to meet again after all this time on camera.”
They added to The Sun, “Paul will not be pleased with Summer taking part, the show is about previous partners – he will inevitably be mentioned, when all he wants is for that drama to be forgotten."

Calum’s latest TV venture comes just months after he appeared on the first ever Celebrity version of Ex on the Beach alongside the likes of Joey Essex and Michael Griffiths.
Although Calum didn’t find love, Geordie Shore OG Sophie Kasaei got together with co-star Ash Taylor when filming ended but was left heartbroken when they split just two months later.
“They had been really loved up, but things took a turn after a furious row about Sophie's work schedule,” a source said at the time.
Still, Sophie got over her ex in typical fashion – tashing on with a randomer on a boozy Ibiza holiday. Classic.
