It’s safe to say that this year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! contestants have had one of the most harmonious camps of all time. Unlike previous years (Lady C, we’re looking at you), there haven’t been any major kick-offs and campmates have all got on like a house on fire.

But despite all the peace and love, there have been simmering tensions between AJ Pritchard and Shane Richie after the Strictly Come Dancing and EastEnders stars had a disagreement about the washing up.

Following his exit from camp alongside Mo Farah last night (2 December), AJ aired his frustrations and revealed how he really feels about Shane.

“If you’re going to do a job do it properly. Hygiene, yeah, come on,” AJ said when Ant and Dec brought up his row with Shane.

“Was it frustrating at times when some people weren’t pulling their weight?” asked Dec, to which AJ replied, “Maybe, I’m not going to lie.

“If you’re going to do a job do it properly it’s much easier for everybody else.”

But it sounds like there’s no major bad blood between the two as AJ added, “There’s no negativity.”

I’m A Celebrity’s BEST quitters: Walk-outs, tantrums and shock exits

This all comes after AJ’s brother Curtis hit out at “lazy” Shane as he waded into the washing up row.

While chatting about the latest events in camp with mum Debi on their family podcast, Curtis quizzed, “I’ve noticed with Shane and AJ, is there something going on there?"

And after Debi explained, “Shane maybe hasn’t had to be in a position where he’s had to clean up after himself or wash his dishes,” Curtis fumed, “If you’re going to do a job do it properly.

“So I’m going to just say it then, Shane has been lazy basically. He ain’t pulling his weight around and ain’t doing his chores."

Eek, we wonder what Shane will have to say about that?
