Love Island star Jack Fincham was scheduled to appear on This Morning yesterday (Thursday 8th August), with his Celebs Go Dating co-stars Lauren Goodger and Lady Colin Campbell, but both Jack and Lauren failed to turn up, leaving Lady C on her own.
Now, after hosts Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes were left unimpressed, Jack has issued an apology, admitting he got 'over excited' at the Celebs Go Dating wrap party.
Taking to Twitter, Jack said, 'I wanted to apologise to everyone @thismorning & the viewers for my no show yesterday. I won’t make excuses. I got over excited at the late night filming of the CGD wrap party and obviously regret that now. So sorry once again & hope I get the chance to make it up to everyone'. [sic]
It comes after rumours were rife earlier today that Jack got VERY close to not one, but two of his CGD co-stars, in the form of Geordie Shore star Chloe Ferry and former TOWIE star Lauren Goodger.
A source told OK! Online, “I saw Jack and Lauren kissing throughout the night.
“At the finale party, Jack was seen flirting with both Lauren and Chloe Ferry, but was seen snogging the face off Lauren Goodger."
The source continued, “Lauren and Jack left separately to avoid being papped together, but met back up at Jack’s hotel room where several other celebrities attended for an afterparty. However, Lauren declined Jack’s invitation to stay the night and left, leaving Jack alone with Chloe.”
Despite the rumours, Jack, Lauren and Chloe are yet to speak on the matter, but Chloe's ex-boyfriend Sam Gowland has been on a MASSIVE rant claiming she 'cheated' on him during a trip to Ibiza.
SO. MUCH. DRAMA! 👀
Meanwhile, Celebs Go Dating continues every night on E4 at 9pm.
