Movie Night is basically still on letting the credits roll, but Love Island producers have decided to chuck two more bombshells into that wounded villa while our Islanders are all p*ssed off and vulnerable; that can only go well.
Love Island teased two new bombshells – Keanan Brand and Rosie Seabrook – at the end of last night's dramatic af episode (Thursday 23 February) which saw our Islanders dealing with the aftermath of that emotional car crash called Movie Night. The two new bombshells have only been on our screens for a few seconds so far, but naturally, we've already done some digging overnight to give you lot the heads up on these two new recruits.
ANDDDDDD as it turns out, not only does 24-year-old pro rugby player Keanan have a connection to a former – and rather infamous – Islander, but by association, he has a connection with a Love Island goddess, too.
Soon after Keanan and Rosie's arrival was made nationwide knowledge, Love Island's social media team posted their official press shots on Instagram, introducing them to the show's fandom. Soon after Keanan's image was posted, none other than Love Island 2022 star Jacques O'Neill commented on the post.
Jacques commented, "Go on laddddd @keabrand_," indicating that the boys are mates IRL, which makes total sense as they are both professional rugby players of roughly the same age; Keanan plays for Leigh Leopards and Jacques formerly played for the Castleford Tigers.
FYI, we had to fact-check that a few times as this stuff means absolutely nothing to us; but from the looks of things, these are two pretty serious teams in the north of England, so it's safe to say they run in the same circles – or scrum or tackle or some other sporting verb. This is hard.

Fans will remember that Jacques famously dated Michael Owen's daughter way before Love Island 2022 back in his rugby glory days, which in our minds means that Keanan has probably met the queen herself somewhere along the way; and if he he's not met her, she's at the very least watched him play rugby at some point. RIGHT?
