Many Love Island stars are open and honest about undergoing cosmetic procedures after leaving the villa (live your best life and be your best self, hunni buns), with Lillie Haynes, Laura Anderson and Zara McDermott being just a couple of the recent show alumni to show off what they've had done behind the white curtain.
Now, here at heat, we've written a fair few articles about celebs (Love Island stars, in particular) having lip fillers dissolved, including Molly-Mae Hague, Faye Winter and Shaughna Phillips.
Love Island 2018 star Kendall Rae Knight famously hit headlines just before the pandemic, when she decided to change the shape of her nose with a rhinoplasty procedure.
A before and after shot of her nose was shared on social media, but fans were particularly shocked at Kendall's decision as she was considered "a natural beauty", before the op.
One fan wrote, "I liked the old nose to be honest she was already like a super model', as another said, 'Why? She was already perfect' while a third added, 'I think she was beautiful before and she didn’t need one."
But there's no denying that Kendall still looks totally gorgeous and, as one Instagram follower put it, 'If it makes her feel better and makes her gain more confidence why not!'
We have to say, since her operation, her confidence has been shining through and we love to see that from our former Islanders.

Kendall shot to fame on Love Island 2018, but she was the first contestant to leave the villa. She first coupled up with Niall Aslam but quickly ditched him for stallion Adam Collard, who in turn dumped her for Rosie Williams.
Kendall – who is now dating footballer Andrew Hughes – left the villa, while Adam cracked on, yet again, with Zara McDermott. Kendall has since gone on to do the #spons and personal appearances that former Love Islanders do so well. As far as we can tell, her full-time gig is hopping between Orlando, Dubai and Ibiza just being iconic.
