Vanessa's going to be on Love Island Australia's second season which, despite originally airing back in 2019 in Aus, is about to premier in the UK on ITV2 this month.
Turns out, before Vanessa even flew into the villa, she'd had a little flirtation with Dan and kissed him, or pashed, as the Aussies would say, on a night out in Melbourne.
The pair called the fling quits after two weeks but, speaking about the two reality worlds colliding on her Instagram, Vanessa, 26, said, "Dan is such a beautiful human and I hold him close to my heart.
"Our stars aren't quite aligned at this point, but I'm grateful we met."

Recently, Dan's former flame Jessika made claims that there was some, errr, partner swapping going on off-screen on MAFSA.
Yup, viewers got to see her and Dan's on-screen romance but what they didn't see, according to Jessika, is that Susie Bradley and Mick Gould were apparently flirting with each other, too.
We're just as shocked as you are, tbh.
"Mick told me that he had been texting Susie," she said, "I brought it up with Susie at the dinner table and I'm like b---h."
Jessika added that the reason the storyline was never filmed was because Susie reportedly denied the claim.
Hmmm.
