This Morning bosses pulled a hilarious prank on popular host Holly Willoughby this morning (Monday 1st April), all in aid of April Fool's Day.
The hilarious prank, which the whole cast (minus Holly) were involved in, showed a guest receiving a makeover by the team... but she wasn't too impressed with the final results.
As Holly and her co-host Phillip Schofield welcomed 'Carol' back into the studio to show off her new look, she broke down in tears and asked the crew to 'stop filming'.
Clearly in shock at the situation, Holly tried her best to calm Carol down, saying, "Please don't worry. What we'll do is, we'll take you downstairs and you can be in charge and you can go through the rails and you can have a look and find something that you like. And if it's the make-up, the hair, or anything, we can change it."
Things then seemed to turn from bad to worse for poor Carol, when the car that was taking them to lunch 'crashed' on the way out of the studio.
As Holly screamed, "Oh my god. What is happening?", she then suggested they go to a commercial break, before her co-host Phillip said, "Can we just pause for a second? April Fool."
Holly was in so much shock at the situation, the presenter started to cry, before shouting at her co-stars for pranking her.
They got her good! 😂😂😂
Of course, this wasn't the only April Fool's Day prank of the day, here at heatworld we 'revealed' a fictitious line-up for 'Celebrity Love Island'.
Including the likes of Gemma Collins, Miranda Hart, Vicky Pattison and Hits Radio's Gethin Jones, the Internet went wild.
