There was so much crying in this years series of Love Island and it seems half of it wasn't even aired.
In the most recent episode of heat dates, everyones favourite farmer couple aka Woody and Jessie from Toy Story aka Will Young and Jessie Wynter (the fact her name is Jessie? Honestly, couldn't make this stuff up), chatted about their Love Island experience.
There is no way the newly named boyfriend and girlfriend are going to be able to escape the chaos of Casa Amor and the wild recoupling that left the villa in disarray anytime soon, but it seems they get it as Will and Jessie were honest about the blip in their relationship.
When asked about the Casa Amor days and the events around it Will confessed that it was "all up in the air" because nobody was sure if Will and Jessie were going to be able to pull through the dramz.
In case you've been living under a rock and somehow missed the ENTIRE Casa Amor chaos, Farmer Will got a little TOO friendly with bombshell [Layla Al Momani]{href='https://heatworld.com/entertainment/tv-movies/layla-al-momani-love-island/' target='_blank' rel='noreferrer noopener'} and after the couple shared a kiss, the entire nation was shook at the thought he was going to ditch Jessie for the newbie.
It didn’t take long for Will to regret the smooch and confess to Layla that his heart was with the Australian, and he would be sticking with her come the recoupling.
"I was getting emotional a lot of the time," he admitted. "Then one lunch time I went and sat in the outdoor short on and sat down, with the shower on crying, for like twenty or thirty minutes."
We most certainly did not see that clip on a weekday episode of the show, Will went on to say, "Like I was in some sort of movie just contemplating my life like 'What have I done?'"
Jessie went on to add, "I came back into the villa and I was like, 'Where's Will?"
"Even though I was angry at him I still wanted to check on him and everyone was like 'He's in the shower crying', I was like 'Oh God.'"
Interesting that Will came clean about shedding some tears because said bombshell, Layla, said Reality with Will Njobvu that "Will doesn’t cry. He told me he’s never cried in his life.”
How has he never cried in his life?
What is he, some sort of farmer robot?
Layla went on to admit that when Will was weeping during the recoupling she was not entirely convinced.
After the host of the reality TV podcast asked Layla, “So those tears we saw, were you buying them?”
“Whose?” Layla asked with a laugh, “Will’s or Jessie’s?”
A burn on all accounts as people were questioning Jessie’s sincerity, but in this instance Will was actually referring to, erm, Will.
"I didn’t see tears," Layla went on to admit, “I’m not buying those tears. Unfortunately.”
Now we're all sorts of confused.
Is Will an emotional mess who cries every five seconds or is he an AI with no tear ducts?
And what does this mean for him and Jessie? His partner in crime has stated on a couple of hundred occasions that she does not accept lying and if Will is liar / actress / get the f**k out, does this mean it is the end of the line for Jill? Wessie? The name is a work in progress.
