How to use whitening toothpaste

Using a whitening toothpaste shouldn't differ too much from your regular toothpaste application, but here's a refresher of the basics...

  1. Use at least twice a day for optimum results. Try not to brush too often, as this can cause sensitivity and bleeding gums.
  1. Brush for at least two minutes.
  1. Make sure all bases are covered. The corners of your mouth, gums and tongue all need to be cleaned, too.
