We love a bit of self-care and all this time at home has really given us an excuse to look after ourselves inside and out. Each week, we'll be asking the celeb lot to share their Sunday self-care routines, because taking care of yourself is more important than ever.
This week it's all about reality star Chloe Lewis. The 30-year-old mega babe has come a long way since her time on TOWIE and is now proud mum to son Beau who she shares with boyfriend Danny Flasher. Chloe has just launched her own clothing collection with Style Cheatand it's full of versatile yet stylish pieces perfect for summer.
Chloe chats to exclusively heat about her self-care favourites, sleep rituals and how she deals with trolls...
On her new collection with Style Cheat
Chloe has just launched a clothing edit with Style Cheat, the brand started by sisters Natalie Reynolds & Lexi Panayi, which prides itself on being a brand for stylish, worldly women.
So what can we expect from the brand-new collection?
"It's really versatile, I wanted something that everyone felt really comfortable in. You can wear it in the day, you can dress it up for the night, some of the camis and wrap skirts you could wear to the beach - I really wanted people to get their money's worth!"
Chloe's favourite piece is theDaphne dresswhich is a gorgeous belted shirt dress.
"I really like it because you can pair it with a western boot and fedora hat, but you can also wear it over a bikini undone and you could also wear it with black sandals or a trainer, it's just one of those dresses that goes with everything."
On daily wellness rituals
"I swear by pilates, it changes your body and it's really good for your headspace. I've just started juicing as well, I suffer quite badly with my stomach so when I was in Dubai, I was a bit down in the dumps so I thought that I'd better do something about it. So I started juicing, not cutting out any food, but adding juice to my diet and I feel so much better. There are so many fad diets out there, but if you want to feel better, take juice!"
Er, Chloe, we're going to need that juice recipe, stat...
"I make the juice at home, you can buy the little bottles, but you have to be careful sometimes as they can have a lot of sugar in them. Not all of them, but if you do it from home you know that it's just goodness.
"I make mine with carrot, celery, ginger, lemon and apple. Only a little bit of apple for the sweetness."
On budget beauty buys
"My mascara, I love the Rimmel London Scandaleyes Mascarait's the best. It sounds a bit weird, but it's a little bit sticky, I don't use eyelash curlers and never have, so when I put it on, I let it dry a little bit and then I can actually hold my eyelashes back and they stay back. I really love it."
On self-care
Does Chloe indulge in self-care days or pamper evenings now she's a mum?
"I wish!" she laughs, "I used to have face masks and candlelit baths every other night. I definitely don't have that anymore with a nearly two-year-old."
"I do use a hair mask when I can, I love the Philip Kingsley Elasticizer and I love theEve Lom Moisture Mask , so if I'm feeling a little dry and worn out, I just put that on and sleep in it.
On make-up tips
Chloe shares how she's always been into make-up and it was something she wanted to get into before she joined TOWIE. So, since she's a dab hand at the ol' make-up thing, what's her top tip for getting it right?
"It's all about the base, you need to be moisturised before you put anything on. You have to have good brushes too, it makes all the difference. I use a few different ones, my collection doesn't look very pretty but I love each of the brushes. I love IT Cosmetics, Iconic London and Hourglass brushes- the Hourglass ones actually do look the part, too."
On skincare
"I suffered from my skin really badly when I was young, just before I went on TOWIE I had terrible acne and I went on a drug called Rocatane, which I don't recommend but it sorted me out at the time. I still get breakouts like any other girl, but I think it's about knowing what's right for your skin.
"I actually use the Nu Skin Ageloc Lumispa religiously because it makes my skin feel clean. Then I use the Eve Lom Cleanser and I use some SkinCeuticals stuff as well. I've also been loving a brand called Image, I don't think it's very big in the UK, but I use their products a lot. I love their IMAGE Skincare Vital C
On sleep rituals
"I always light a candle, I love Neom's Sleep Candle and I know it sounds strange, but they really do help you sleep. I also try not to look at my phone too much before I go to sleep. I know that's sometimes hard."
"Danny actually got me a pair of those blue light glasses and it stops the light from the phone affecting your sleep. Every time I'm laying in bed looking at my phone, he's like, 'do you have your glasses on?" Relationship goals, tbh.
On trolls
"I've never had bad trolling, I don't know if it was because I always painted in a good light on TOWIE and things like that? I'm not overly vocal on my Instagram and I try not to speak too much on my stories, it's not me anyway if I'm honest. I think it's important to have real-life and it not be Instagram, even though it's my line of work, I think it's really important to make sure you're happy in real life.
"I had a bit of bad trolling when I went to Dubai when people thought I was on a little holiday and I'd be back... well I am back now for a little while now!
"I just find it really sad, I think these people don't even know you. They've only seen little snippets of what people post on Instagram, which isn't their life. These people must be so unhappy in their own lives to write those things."
"I feel like you should have to upload an ID to use Instagram. You should either have to show your passport or your driving license to have an account. All these accounts with one follower, it's like, 'thanks, love!'"
Quickfire round:
Go-to cuppa? I love a hot tea, with milk and no sugar.
