Viewers quickly fell in love with Love In The Flesh star Lauren Kent during her time on the brand new BBC Three reality show, fronted by Love Island alumni Zara McDermott.

Not only did Lauren bring some much needed diversity and important conversations to the show (from her big natural boobs and curves to her frank conversations with Caz, her partner on the show, where she quizzed him 'if she was the biggest girl he'd been with), Lauren just constantly looked AMAZING. Seriously, we've got a huge girl crush going on.

From her ultra glam evenings looks to chilling around the pool make-up free in a bikini , Lauren, who recently revealed that she is expecting her first 'miracle' baby, looked flawless all day long, and even better, she embraces everything about herself, telling heat, "I've got more confident as the years have gone by but the show really helped me embrace and accept myself."

Lauren is a proud red head, with her natural flame red hair, fair skin and a gorgeous splattering of freckles.

So when heat caught up with Lauren, we just had to ask her about her fail safe beauty tips for freckles, especially as SO many products tend to cover up skin blemishes instead of celebrating them.

"There was only ever foundation that covered my freckles back in the day and that didn't cater for me. I useVITA Liberata, which is a body make up, you put it anywhere and it just make you glow, it gives you a slight colour but it's not like a fake tan - I tend to not do that as often these days."

"In terms of make-up, I would say use SPF religiously, I also love bareMinerals Rescue Complexion ,especially on holiday, it's fab and really highlights my freckles."
