We love a bit of self-care and all this time at home has really given us an excuse to look after ourselves inside and out. Each week, we'll be asking the celeb lot to share their Sunday self-care routines, because taking care of yourself is more important than ever.

This week it's all about Tia Lineker, the influencer, model and business owner who has worked with big brands including PrettyLittleThing, I Saw It First and Motel Rocks. She's recently launched her third collection with Misspap which features gorj linen suits, oversized shirts and chic dresses - all emulating Tia's timeless style.

As well as her work with other brands, Tia owns two fashion companies – sportswear brand Sport Luxeand hat company Palms Halt.

Tia recently announced she's expecting her first child with boyfriend and business partner Harry Agombar.

The star chats exclusively to heat about her pregnancy journey, skincare routine and how she deals with online negativity...

On pregnancy

Tia shares how she's really enjoying her pregnancy journey so far.

"I've been really, really lucky with my pregnancy and absolutely loving every minute of it. The time goes so quick. It feels like not even long ago I found out and now I'm nearly halfway through. It's the most amazing feeling in the world."

"I thought I would feel a lot different and not myself, but I just feel completely myself. You just feel so connected and it's just such an amazing experience. Just like carrying a little baby, it's just amazing. And when you feel the kicks it's amazing, it feels real."

On her Misspap collection

Tia Lineker Misspap

Chic, timeless and ultra-cool, Tia Lineker's Misspap collection is to die for. But what was her inspiration behind the range?

"I would say the inspiration behind the whole collection was just creating my ideal summer wardrobe and taking staple pieces that never go out of fashion. Something that you can wear every single summer."

"I had pretty much all of the control. Anything I didn't like would be instantly dropped and I had full control over fabrics and the designs. I wanted it to be super authentic and to be completely me."

Tia's favourite piece from the collection, we hear you ask?

"It's so hard! I would say the linen suits are probably my favourite because I just think they're super classy and look really expensive. I've actually also been living in the satin sets being pregnant because they're just so comfortable."

On skincare favourites

When we caught up with Tia, we naturally needed to know the secret behind her glowy complexion. Spoiler alert: her skincare stash is GOOD.

"I've recently discovered Dr Barbara Sturm and I really love their products. Some of my favourites are their Enzyme Cleanser and The Good C Vitamin C Serum is really amazing. Also, the REN Overnight Recovery Balmhas been one of my favourites for a long time."

"The moisturiser that I use is actually theCeraVe Moisturising Lotion. It's amazing, I don't think I could switch to any other one now. It's just super moisturising and it doesn't block up your pores."

Brb, off to buy ten.

On her favourite make-up tip

Tia Lineker

"I'm not really one to follow the whole makeup trends, but recently, I've not been wearing foundation and I've just been using the Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter . I just put that on and then I'll just use a concealer and a bronzer. Your makeup just looks super natural and really, really glowy because I just find sometimes foundation can look a bit cakey."

"For concealer, I always use the Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer , it's amazing. For bronzer, I've actually been using the new one from REFY [the Cream Bronzer, £18], it's my friend Jess [Hunt's] brand and it's amazing."

On trolls

Unfortunately, negativity online and trolling has become part and parcel of having a large following. Is this a reality for Tia?

"For the most part, it's super positive and everyone's so nice. I do get the odd experience when I have negativity and trolling as not often but when it happens, I just think I just literally block and delete because I've just not got time for that."

We love to see it.

On the Law of Attraction

Manifestation and vision boards have become mainstream, with everyone from Olivia Attwood to Vicky Pattison praising the Law of Attraction. Simply, the practice suggests that thinking positive thoughts ultimately attracts a more positive life.

"I definitely believe in the Law of Attraction. Every year, at the start of the year, I make a vision board and you start to manifest things that you really want without even realising. And then you go back and look and you've already achieved so much. Like for me, one off the top of my head was getting my dream car and I managed to get it a couple of months ago. Looking on the dream board now and actually being able to tick that off is just an amazing feeling."

On #extra wellness routines

Tia Linker

"When I'm in the UK, I tend to juice quite a lot in the mornings, just because I find it really helps for your skin and just feeling good and feeling like you've had all of your vitamins. I've started to make my own but actually, my dad [Wayne Lineker] lives about two blocks from me and he used to bring me juice every single morning."

On becoming an online creator

"I would say just being yourself is the main thing. Obviously finding inspiration from other people is great, but I think it's best not to copy other people but to find your own style. I also think if you're consistent with posting and you really really enjoy it, and you're in it for the right reasons, then it will pay off. I love that when I started doing that, I had no idea of it could be a career. I just really enjoyed taking photos."

On taking pics for the 'gram

Tia Lineker Instagram

It's fair to say that Tia Lineker's Instagram is an aesthetic. But how easy is it getting a pic for the 'gram and how many does it take to get the shot?

"Well, it really depends! One day, I'll take like five and I'll be like, 'Oh, yeah, these lovely' and I'll have one. And then another day, I'll actually take that 300 pictures, and I've still not got one and I'm just like, 'No, I'm done!' But I do think lighting is key. And also, I think finding someone that you're really comfortable taking pictures with. Because sometimes if you're not feeling confident with a person. I feel like it can affect how you do your pictures. I'm lucky that my boyfriend ties mine and obviously, we're really comfortable together. So I can just do whatever I please and he won't judge me."
