Listen, we love a Zara McDermott recommendation. From motivating us to get a workout in to the best Amazon gym leggings, we are honestly all ears.

The Love Islander turned influencer has FINALLY shared her secret for super long hair on her Instagram Stories and it's a good 'un.

Zara fans will know that her lion's mane is all her own (a rarity in Celebsville) and she had been growing it ridiculously long in lockdown. 'Cos, if we can't go outside, we may as well get our hair in tip-top condition, right?

Zara credited this £8.99 product from Amazon for her super long tresses.

Introducing the cult-favourite Wet Brushwhich promises Really Good Hair. Rapunzel hun, eat your heart out.

During an Instagram Stories Q&A, Zara answered the question "what do you use on your hair?" and she replied, "Moroccan Oiltwice a day" and then in a second story added, "and then a wet brush to comb through (sorry so bad at doing it with one hand lol).

She then said, "My mum got me this brush like 3 years ago in my Xmas stocking and I'm obsessed with it 😂 I take it everywhere."

Wet brushesare perfect for detangling wet hair with minimal damage and the very top of the bristles massage the scalp to stimulate circulation at the follicle. They are firm enough to comb through knots, yet flexible enough to be gentle on the scalp. What's more, you can even use them on wigs and extensions.

One reviewer on Amazon wrote: "I got this because I saw a YouTuber say it was better than the Tangle Teezer and I used it for the first time today and it was so much better! I brush my hair when it's wet and with a lot of conditioner but I usually get loads of fall out with hair like two decent clumps normally however I noticed a significant difference with this brush!!! There was only one small clump of hair! I was actually shocked by how well it detangler my hair and it was a lot quicker as well!!"

Go on then, hun. Get us a Wet Brush.

Non-rubbish New Year's Resolutions to make in 2021:

Starting the year in a global pandemic means that we don't even have the energy to pretend to be a shiny new person for the first few weeks of January. Getting through each day is enough to contend with right now, thank you very much. However, there is nothing wrong with setting goals and challenges to help you feel more balanced, happier and all-round zen for the year ahead. Here are some resolutions that absolutely don't involve running a marathon or waking up at 5am...

1) Start a new hobby: whether it's pottery or baking bread, now is the time to make the most of your free weekends and quiet evenings. Anything that gets us off our phone for a bit, gets a yes from us.

2) Make your bed first thing: a tidy bedroom equals a tidy brain, people. It will take you less than a minute and will help you feel more... y'know, together.

3) Invest more in friendships: the pandemic has meant we've felt more alone than ever before. Remember second and third-tier friends? Send WhatsApp messages, forward memes and even make their day with a thoughtful letterbox gift. Ah, we feel better already.
