As the temperatures rise, we're making all the necessary wardrobe swaps.
Cosy woollen jumpers have been demoted to the back of our wardrobe. Puffer coats have been traded in for denim jackets. Gloves and scarves are back in the drawer and sunglasses are perched on top of our heads.

Tips on how to nail the whole running thing:
Track your progress: a Fitbit or an app (we love the Nike Running app) can help you see your progress as you get fitter each week. There is no greater motivation. NONE.
Listen to a great podcast: if you're bored of your old playlists, may we recommend listening to a podcast. Time will FLY by.
Be kind to yourself: it's easy to compare your progress to others, but we are all starting at different places and paces. Be proud you went outside, full stop, as that is the hardest bit of all.
