We're all about the #extra reusable water bottle, huns.

As well as keeping hydrated (two litres of water is every celeb's beauty secret, FYI), they do good for the planet and look ultra chic when carted around all day.

One water bottle we've seen popping up EVERYWHERE and carried by people who actually go to the gym (instead of snoozing their alarm 392 times before deciding it's a no... aka us) is the dead-fancy,two-toned water bottle from Lululemon.

At its usual eye-watering £35, we normally would have added it to our wish list and moved on with our lives, but it has been reduced to a very reasonable £14 and it's all we can think about.

A £21 saving? Lululemon, you're too good to us.

The bottle may be pretty, but it is also mega high-tech. This double-walled stainless steel bottle, with a twist-off lid, keeps your water cold for 24 hours and hot for 9 hours.

Brb, off to buy a very 'grammable pink water bottle...

Effective exercises that don't involve jumping...

If you're working out from home, you may not want to make lots of noise whilst getting your moves on. Here is some exercises that won't make a peep...

Glute bridges: These are great for growing the booty. Add a resistance band above your knee, to maximise the burn.

Squats: These work your glutes, quads and core. Try a pulse squat or hold a kettlebell to challenge yourself.

Kick backs: Kneel on all fours and kick your leg back. Keep your back straight and focus on feeling the sensation in your glutes and hamstrings.
