Christina "Tinx" Najjar is an Instagram influencer, TikTok personality and all-round icon tbh. She's the queen of advice around dating and knowing your self-worth which is why she's often referred to as "the big sister of TikTok."
Her videos are empowering, funny and honest with a subtle hint of sarcasm. After you watch her videos, you can't help but love her too. Not to mention, she has SUCH great hair and to be fair she's known to use Olaplex so that comes as no surprise.
Having grown up in London with American parents, Christina rediscovered her roots and moved to LA where she now makes her content.

TikTok's Tinx's old tweets
Back in 2012 and 2013 Tinx posted a series of tweets that have recently resurfaced. Many have branded the tweets as being fat phobic, as they saw Tinx body shame celebrities such as Tori Spelling and Kim Kardashian.
In one tweet Tinx wrote, "Kim Kardashian is so fat I don't know what to do wit myself #oops."
In another she wrote, "fat people at Coachella lol."
She has since deleted the tweets, although @theworldoferin, the CEO of a plus size boutique posted a video of her reacting to them. People voiced their opinions in the comments. One person wrote, "She's earned herself a one way ticket to cancel town."
Erin responded to this comment saying," I'm not a fan of cancelling. It doesn't work but I believe this would be a good opportunity for growth & to discuss fat phobia for her."
Tinx responded to the resurfaced tweets in a recent Instagram post. She wrote, "I always say if you’re not cringing at yourself a year ago you aren’t growing. I’m more than cringing, I’m beyond embarrassed and I want to take accountability.
"Guys I f--ked up and I’m going to own it and be direct with you. I really needed to be deliberate about what I wanted to say so this wasn’t just a reaction.
"About 10 years ago I sent some truly nasty, mean, horrible tweets. I called people that I had never met fat, pathetic, and ugly. I even called Kim Kardashian fat which is or ionic considering she is my number one idol and person I look up to.
"When I read the tweets back I am ashamed and embarrassed. They are mean spirited and I am not mean spirited – but I used to be. Let me tell you about the girl who wrote those tweets. I was 21 and deeply, deeply insecure. I hated myself and had a bad relationship with my body.
"I was also extremely lost,. I’ve told you guys about that before. About being so lost and wanting to find a passion and wanting to find my voice. So I tried on many hats, one of which was mean tweeter to get a laugh. And it’s not funny at all.
"Only insecure people punch down. And only deeply insecure people try to make others the butt of the joke. Being mean is not funny it’s just plain mean.’
"Hurt people hurt people and I know my words caused hurt. If you’ve been following me for even a little bit, you know that they are not representative of who I am.
"I am very sorry. I am a work in progress."
It remains to be seen what the repercussions (if any) these resurfaced tweets will have on Tinx's career.
