Since his stint in the Love Island villa, Hugo Hammond has always been on hand to provide some light-hearted (and totally not cringe) TikTok and Instagram content to cheer us up.
Unfortunately his most recent social media post was on the more emotional side, as he revealed that his "best friend" and family dog, Mocha, recently passed away.
Sharing a sweet selection of photos of Mocha through the years, Hugo admitted that he was struggling to cope with the loss.
He said, "Today is a sad day in the Hammond house as we said farewell to our perfect choccy lab, Mocha 🐾
"She had so much love to give and just loved being near people ❤️ Although, the worst guard dog ever as she never barked 🤣
"I’ll miss the cuddles, the walks, sunny evenings (she loved BBQs), sharing my food, her floppy ears, the vet calling her fat 🤣 and my favourite, her lovely ooglie bits under her neck.
"She loved it when we scratched the little gap between her paws, she would always stick her tongue out and roll over. Loved chewing bottles, entertained her for hours and when she was naughty (and small enough) she would run behind the sofa and try get away with it haha!"

Love Island's Charlie Brake shares loved-up snap with new lady friend
He continued, "She always sat on the stairs in the strangest way, it always made me laugh 😂 in the evenings she would do the rounds between all 4 of us and cuddle up on our feet or poke her little nose on our laps, she was so loved!
"Mostly, I’ll just miss having my best friend around for a chat and a cuddle. The good days, the bad days (there have been plenty), she knew when I was sad and was still there wagging her tail letting me know everything is going to be ok and for that, I’ll never be more grateful.

Luckily, Hugo's fans and friends were on hand to offer their support with Sharon Gaffka saying, "RIP Mocha 🤎" whilst Liam Reardon said, "Sending love my bro 🖤".
Even Hugo's former love rival, Chuggs Wallis sent well wishes to him commenting, "Sending lots of love ❤️"
