YouTuber JoJo Siwa has revealed she’s attempting to have a kissing scene removed from her upcoming movie after coming out as a member of the LGBTQ+ community earlier this year.
The 18-year-old internet star will appear in Bounce, an adaptation of a book of the same name, as the main character Franny who is able to live different lives after her Christmas wish is granted.
The film includes one scene where Jojo’s character kisses a man, although she is hoping to have the moment “pulled” from the script as she wasn’t comfortable filming it.
She told Entertainment Weekly, “I’m not about it. I’m trying to get it pulled so bad. It’ll happen. It’ll get pulled.”
JoJo has been dating her girlfriend Kylie Prew since January and explained that she doesn’t want to kiss anyone else.
She continued, “I’m madly in love and I do not want to kiss another human. Especially because it’s a man.”

JoJo added that while her girlfriend Kylie will understand that the on-screen kiss is just part of her job, she’s not sure that her young fans will feel the same.
She said, “That's what they look at me as, [JoJo Siwa] not some character, not some fictional thing. And so, it's going to be a little weird.”
However, it seems like JoJo will no longer have to film the kissing scene as she’s since tweeted, “My friends at Paramount and my friend Caleeb Pinkett are 1000% supportive of me and assured me that I don’t have to do anything I don’t wanna do ever!!! I’m so excited to make the movie ‘Bounce’ and couldn’t have better people to make it with!!”

JoJo came out at the start of the year when she shared a photo of herself wearing a t-shirt which read, “Best. Gay. Cousin. Ever,” and later went public with her girlfriend Kylie.
Although she said she “technically” identifies as pansexual, JoJo admitted she’s reluctant to label her sexuality.
She told PEOPLE, “I don’t know, bisexual, pansexual, queer, lesbian, gay, straight. I always just say gay because it just kind of covers it — or queer, because I think the key word is cool.
"I like queer. Technically I would say that I am pansexual, because that’s how I have always been my whole life is just like, my human is my human."
