Maura Higgins has thrown some serious shade Curtis Pritchard’s way after he was seen kissing Amber Pierson, the dancer that he denied cheating on her with.
Maura and Curtis finished in fourth place during last summer’s Love Island final but announced they’d split in March this year. It was later reported that, prior to their break-up, Maura confronted Curtis over claims he “grew close” to Amber backstage while on tour with his brother AJ – which he insisted wasn’t true.
And now, after enjoying a romantic staycation with AJ and his girlfriend Abbie Quinnen, Curtis and Amber appear to have confirmed their romance after they were pictured locking lips as they strolled through the park.
In the wake of the snaps, Maura took to Twitter to share a not-so cryptic message, which read, “The truth always comes out in the end.”
She then posted on Instagram, “Always trust your first gut instincts. If you genuinely feel in your heart and soul that something is wrong, it usually is.”

According to a source close to the 29-year-old, she feels “humiliated” after Curtis and Amber went public.
“She had suspicions of Curtis cheating and believes now she should have trusted her gut feeling at the time,” they told The Sun. “She feels she stayed in the relationship too long and should have cut ties when she started to have doubts.
“Curtis is adamant his relationship with Maura ended long before his romance started with Amber. But he’s not stupid and can see how it looks.”

Maura was linked to fellow Islander Chris Taylor following her split from Curtis, although they’ve both insisted they’re just friends.
A representative for the former ring girl was forced to deny they were romantically involved after he was pictured leaving her Essex home in the same clothes he wore two days before.
Chris then shut down the rumours during an appearance on Vicky Pattison’s podcast The Secret To.
“No, no, we’re not,” he replied when asked if they were getting together.
“We’ve never really thought about it like that, we’re just super close mates. We care about each other, we look out for each other, we basically bully each other.”
