Megan Barton-Hanson has revealed which former Love Island star she would have wanted to couple up with, and it sounds like Maura Higgins has given her a major case of the fanny flutters.
When asked by The Tab which woman she would pick to date from any series of the show, Megan said: "Maura. I think we’re so similar in so many ways, like our views and stuff- but I don’t know if I could handle her, she’s very high maintenance, but I guess I am too."
Oh, we're so here for this.
Megan also admitted to fancying Laura Crane whilst on the show but refused to consider it as an option due to her investment in ex-boyfriend Wes Nelson and the fact that her relationship with the girls was more friendship than romance.
She went on to mention Lucie Donlan - who's just confirmed she's dating fellow Love Island alumni Luke Mabbott - as another potential date when questioned, describing her as “so lovely and natural and down to earth.”
She said: “As every series of Love Island goes on you can see people editing themselves for the deals when they get out of the island but she seemed so real and genuine.”

Megan officially came out as bisexual during her stint on Celebs Go Dating after her break up from Wes Nelson but admitted that she had known about her more fluid sexuality since she was 20.
In fact, when Megan originally applied to be on Love Island, she openly stated that she was bi on her application and was rejected. The following year when she applied, she omitted this detail and was accepted onto the show.
Speaking about the experience, Megan said: “they had done it before… from a TV perspective I understand- two girls had got together on the show a series or so before. So I guess they didn’t want to repeat that.”
It’s a fair point.
