We don't often get starstruck here at heatworld; real tea, it's not uncommon for us to rub shoulders with Ronan Keating at the office coffee machine or say hi to Olivia Attwood in the lift 💅 After 25 years of writing living and breathing all things showbiz, it takes some serious star power for us to clutch our pearls and gasp in the name of celebrity.
Enter Love Island 2024 OG Harriett Blackmore. She might be a newbie in the world of celebs, but after meeting her face-to-face today, we can confirm that both the star power and the queen energy is STRONG.
Ronnie Vint was there too.
Joking.
But he was there.
The newly-dumped Love Island 2024 couple recently returned to the UK and were legendary enough to swing by the heat offices for a chinwag and a tea-spilling sesh. We truly left no stone unturned; from Jess White to Ciaran Davies to Joey Essex, we covered it ALL.
We also chatted about mysterious bombshell Konnor Ewudzi; we say mysterious because the hunk seems to have vanished from the edit ever since he stole Grace Jackson from Joey. For whatever reason, he's received so little airtime as of late, we simply had to get to the bottom of it with Harriett and Ronnie.
Firstly, what is Konnor really like? 'Cause the editors are keeping him from us.
Harriett exclusively told us, "He's so lovely, bless him. He was always really lovely when we were in the villa. I hope there's someone in there for him, but he just needs to speak up a bit more and get his graft on.
"He's actually really nice. Obviously, he came in as a bombshell and had to do what he did there, but he didn't feel like there was any connection there with anyone in the villa.
"He kind of spoke to everyone and then just relaxed for a little bit, like he was waiting for people to come to him. I do hope he finds someone in Casa Amor."
Thankfully, Harriett and Ronnie were here to divulge that behind-the-scenes tea, because as viewers, the Konnor conspiracy theories are brewing on socials – and fair, because where is he?
One concerned fan took to X (formerly Twitter) to ask, "Wait… is Konnor actually still in the villa?"
Another questioned, "Why haven’t I seen a single bit of Konnor this entire Casa Amor when he’s literally a main Islander… like who is he gonna couple up with?"
It's just weird isn't it? Konnor, a 28-year-old barber from Cornwall strolled into the villa (with Matilda Draper) and had his eyes on the prize bombshell-style - opting to date virtually every closed off girl in the villa and flat out stealing Grace away from Joey.
We don't get it, and politely ask ITV to return this gorgeous man to our screens ASAP – and maybe send in his dream girl while you're at it.
