Love Island legend Maura Higgins is arguably one of the most successful and iconic Islanders of all time and we will be taking absolutely no questions on this matter at this time. Or ever.
But if you need any convincing whatsoever, just take a look at her CV post Love Island 2019: she's appeared on other popular reality shows like I'm A Celeb, she's gained millions of followers on social media, she's dated many an A-list hunk, she's friends with a bunch of superstars (she does shots on rooftops with Margot Robbie and everything) and she's even ended up working for the Love Island beast itself as the host of Aftersun USA.
In the words of Kim Kardashian, our Maura likes to do iconic s**t and we love to see her do it.

So what's next? Well, literally the only things left are become Prime Minister (she's got our vote) or go on The Traitors.
According to reports, the Love Island queen has signed up to appear on the next series of The Traitors USA, which always has a celebrity cast, FYI (just like the upcoming Celebrity Traitors) – following in Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu's footsteps.
A source told The Sun, 'Maura is becoming a huge star across the pond and her slot on The Traitors is just part of that.
'The future is bright — and has stars and stripes.'

Fans first started suspecting Maura's involvement in the upcoming series of The Traitors when a replacement host - British-Australian singer and actress, Sophie Monk - was announced for Love Island USA’s sister show, Aftersun.
But don't panic, Sophie is definitely just standing in for our Maura, as the Islander publicly told her replacement, 'Don’t get too comfy, I’m coming back.'

In a separate statement to the publication, a source confirmed that Maura will return to her Love Island USA hosting duties once she has finished with 'other work commitments', saying, 'Maura wasn't able to commit to hosting Aftersun this season due to other work commitments, but she will be back on screen in some capacity later in the run.'
Very little is known about the next series of The Traitors USA, but we do know one thing: if Maura is taking a seat at that round table, we will be watching religiously.
Maura was a bombshell who took part in season five of Love Island alongside Ovie Soko and Amber Gill.
Meme-worthy Maura is without a doubt one of the most unforgettable stars to come out of Love Island and made for fabulous telly.

From cursing BFF Molly-Mae Hague for spilling wine when she fell down the steps to confronting Tom Walker for his inappropriate comments, Maura always had something to say and was guaranteed to bring the humour.
Maura finished in fourth place alongside her now (very) ex-boyfriend, Curtis Pritchard.
