Does anyone in the world of showbiz work as hard as a Love Island star who has just left the villa and wants to keep the momentum going?
Perhaps maybe Kris Jenner, but other than the Kardashian/Jenner matriarch we think the answer would be a resounding, NO.
Take Love Island All Starswinner Molly Smith for example; since she was crowned Queen of the villa alongside boyfriend, Tom Clare, the northern bombshell has been an extremely busy bee.
Her fashion line with Boohoo was recently released and half the collection has already sold out - which we understand because it is GORGE. Not only that, but Molly has also signed a deal with make up powerhouses L'Oreal and Maybelline.
It has now been announced that the Love Island 2020 contestant will be starting a fitness and gym plan called Move with Molly and ain't it handy her name begins with 'M.'
There will be three different plans on offer at a range of prices including The Gym Plan for £39.99, The Home Plan for £39.99 and the combo Home & Gym Plan for £69.99.
Not only that, but Molly has also created different recipes with options for a variety of diets including vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free.
We love the inclusion and it also means there is zero reason for us to not be get involved in the fitness plan.
Apparently Molly's aim is to "help people achieve their dream body and get in shape before summer kicks off."
The workouts will include a mix of activities including HIIT, Circuits and booty exercises and we are knackered just typing that out, tbh.
From nutritional advice to tutorials on all exercises, Molly and her team will be on hand to offer the support you need to "become the best version of you."
