You can always rely on Love Island OG, Olivia Attwood to offer up unfiltered honesty with a sprinkling of shade, even more so when she's talking abut herself. Nothing like a bit of self-deprecating humour to get us all through the day, eh?

The reality TV star turned documentary maker turned podcast presenter and general queen of everything showbiz was joined by her stylist and BFF, Ryan Kay, on the So Wrong Its Right podcast and get ready for all the lols.

The Love Island 2017 icon spent the majority of the episode ripping apart her former style and absolutely annihilating any ensemble she ever wore.

"It was a fucking disaster," she began and what a strong start to a story.

“I'm not saying that I think I've got a good style now, but I think I have come into myself like I know my style."

I think we can all agree that nowadays Olivia DOES have 'good style,' and we have an inkling that it is partly (mainly) down to Ryan and his penchant for pulling together a hot AF outfit.

"Honestly, around the time we first met, my style was trash on toast. I loved everything matching. I'd wear like a pink tracksuit, pink bag, pink trainers. It was just sick," she told Ryan.

It's not just Olivia who Ryan works alongside, the fashion guru has also styled the likes of Love Island's Georgia Harrison as well as Molly Smith who took part in the dating show in 2020 and won the All Starsspin-off this year.

And it's her chat with Ryan that shows why Olivia is one of Love Island's few success stories (post-villa fame wise) – she becomes ever more relatable; one hilarious anecdote at a time.

"I feel like it was like one shade palette. Do you know what I mean?" she went on.

"Disgusting. Either blue or pink. And just like bubblegum pop, that's how I'd describe that. Like the hair was white, the skin was orange, it was just a fucking disaster. "

It's good to know that we weren't the only ones who thought wearing foundation five shades darker than your skin tone was a good idea.
