It’s all change over on Made in Chelsea ahead of their new series as it’s recently been revealed that not one, but two long-running cast members are leaving the show.

Ruby Adler and Miles Nazaire are bowing out of the E4 reality show after a number of years, with both reality stars announcing the news on social media in the last few weeks.

With series 30 on the horizon, we recently caught up with cast member Angus Findlay at the National Reality TV Awards and he shed some light on Ruby and Miles’ departures.

Speaking about Miles’ announcement that he’d quit the show, Angus said, ‘I really really respect his decision to do so. I think with anyone on the show, everyone’s got an expiry date.

‘Some people realise that a bit later on and they’re doing it way into their 30s, other people reach that stage in their life where they want to do something else and they can meet someone.’

He continued, ‘I think the show can make it quite tricky to find genuine real love, so you get to the stage when you want to think about a family or you’re going to do other TV stuff or you just want a break from the limelight. I think 30’s a good age, I always said that will be my cut off.’

Fear not though, Miles fans, as Angus pointed out that Miles had already made a comeback to the show once before. Angus said, ‘He mentioned it last series, that he was thinking of taking a step back. He keeps his cards close to his chest when it comes to his career, but we were surprised. He’s done this before and he’s come back, so it might be that and he comes back again.’

Teasing the new series of Made in Chelsea, he added, ‘It’s dramatic as ever. It’s on series 30 now. How we made it to series 30, I’ve no idea, but people love watching it and it’s going to be as dramatic and crazy as ever.

‘There’s a lot of new faces this series, I think we have seven people joining our ranks. We’re a big cast now.’
