Since Made in Chelsea first hit our tellies all the way back in 2011, some scenes have aged better than others. Many of the cast are virtually unrecognisable now, and not everything they did and said will have the same effect almost fifteen years later. Not including, of course, Lucy Watson’s iconic, ‘Why is everyone getting up in my grill?’ line, that’ll never age.
However, Victoria Baker-Harber calling Cheska Hull a ‘f*cking fat turkey’ is just as bad now as when it first aired.
Cheska recently revealed that a producer of the show actually held her legs down to stop her from leaving the scene when Victoria made the infamous barb, but now she’s spoken out once again about the incident.
The comment in question took place at a dinner party – where else can we expect drama in Made in Chelsea? During a heated moment, Victoria uttered the now infamous insult and it’s safe to say that it shocked the guests almost as much as it shocked the viewers at home.
Now, years after the incident, Cheska revealed that she has come to terms with the comment. She exclusively told heat, ‘There’s been a lot of talk quite recently about a podcast I did about six months ago where I discuss Victoria on Made in Chelsea calling me something terrible.
'As much as it’s been brought back up, I’m so over it and I wish her all the best, because we should all just be kind.’
Cheska speaking out comes after it was confirmed that her former frenemy and Victoria's BFF Sophie Hermann is returning to the show.
In a statement she said, 'After years of public demand, I’ve decided to bounce back to the Royal Borough to reunite with my OGs Ollie & Gareth.
'I’m so excited to share everything that’s been happening over the years, such as becoming a godmother to Cosima, new beauty and fashion ventures and reveal all my anti-aging secrets!'
Cheska certainly has moved on from her Made in Chelsea life, and her day-to-day now is drastically different to when she was on the show. For one thing, she’s now a mum to her son Charlie, and she isn’t even a Chelsea resident anymore, swapping King’s Road for Devon years ago. And perhaps the biggest change of all, she’s now a brunette, which caused even die-hard fans like us to double-take and ask ourselves if it was in fact her.
Her new life has no doubt helped her forget all about Victoria’s line, and maybe in time we can too. For now, to quote Cheska, we should all just be kind.
