When it comes to the former cast of Made in Chelsea they don't always have the most delightful things to say about their time on the show.
Cheska Hull recently opened up about 'being held down' by producers during a particularly horrendous scene and Sophie Habboo previously described her MIC stint as 'soul destroying'.
The latest former star of the structured reality TV show to open up about how life on Made in Chelsea affected her is Liv Bentley.
Since quitting the show earlier this year Liv has been dabbling in the world of podcasts and currently co-hosts Private Parts alongside Tom Lucy.
During her most recent episode, the businesswoman opened up about some of her more trying moments on the show...
Speaking of her eight-year stint on the E4 reality series, Liv said, 'I was definitely suffering, but I was very good at lying about that,' she admitted. 'I would say I was absolutely fine when I wasn’t fine. There were times when I should have taken myself out of it.'
'In recent times, there are pyschs and stuff and therapists,' she went on. 'When I filmed in Sydney I was having a hard time so I went to a therapist every week which they helped sort out.'
The Sydney season was the beginning of the end for Liv who quit the show shortly after the cast trip Down Under.
She also went on to reveal the horrors of trolling; something the cast have had to deal with for the past few years.
'I fortunately never had it that badly,' she revealed.
She continued, 'One girl I think actually quit because the trolling was so bad. People would get death threats, ferocious stuff. As years have gone on, it's gotten a lot worse.'
'I had really dark moments on there,' she revealed but it's not all bad as Liv did have some kinder things to say about life on Made in Chelsea.
'I have a lot of love for the show. I really enjoyed it,' she added before finishing up with a classic, 'there was times it was shit for sure.'
Ah, you can always rely on Liv Bentley to keep it real.
